RECCAGNI ANGELO & C. S.r.l. can accept orders made in Italy (except for Livigno and Campione d’Italia) and in the following European countries: Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Estonia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta.
The delivery charges will be paid by the Customer and they will be clearly quoted at the time of the order.
The payment of the goods will be done by the Customer by choosing the method at the time of the order.
The amount of the freight charges depends on the weight/volume of every purchased article and on the delivery address of the goods. Nothing more will be paid by the Customer than the total amount shown at the end of the purchase procedure .
For every placed order we will issue a formal invoice that will be included to the shipment, according to the Article n.14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice we will refer to the information provided by the Customer. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
We generally ship the goods within 5 working days from the date the order has been accepted by our system and it has been regularly paid.
When the order has been processed, the forwarder will deliver the goods within 7 working days, according to the selected way of shipment. The deliveries to difficult areas and to the islands may require additional 48 hours. The Customer can check the status of his order and of the delivery by entering his personal area in any time.
RECCAGNI ANGELO & C. S.r.l. cannot be considered responsible for any delay in the order processing or delivery. If the delay of the delivery doesn’t depend on us, the customer will be only entitled to cancel the order and the paid amount will be refunded him.

If the goods cannot be delivered at the address quoted by the Customer at the time of the order, they will stay in the forwarder’s store for 5 working days. After this period they will be sent back to us.
Any problem about the shipment of the goods must be communicated us with 7 days from the delivery (i.e. the date written on the forwarder’s bill).Extra resistant packaging
To avoid unpleasant incidents such as breakages or damage to the goods, we protect the products with suitable material, such as very resistant cardboard, bubble wrap sheets and foam rubber.
